Anna Cardona
Catalan pianist Anna, studied at the Barcelona Conservatoire before moving to London to study a Masters Degree in Piano Performance at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, under the guidance of Professor Peter Bithell, and sponsored by the Catalan Government and The Worshipful Company of Pattenmakers of London.

Anna's performing career includes both solo recitals and concerti in the Palau de la Música Catalana, and the National Auditori in Barcelona. In London she has performed in different venues such as the Drapers' Hall, and the Royal Opera House Covent Garden. As a chamber musician, Anna frequently works with singers and is a member of a piano duo. Competition successes include first prize in the Arjau Music Competition in Barcelona (2007), and she is a prize winner in other competitions as a soloist and accompanist.

Anna has taken part in international master classes with leading pianists such as Paul Lewis, Paul Roberts, Victor Rosenbaum, and Bryce Morrison, and we are delighted to feature her performances here at the Park Room & Library.
